Our supplement capsules are powder-filled size 00 hardshell vegetable cellulose capsules (HPMC). We chose vegetable cellulose capsules for our supplements as they are easy to swallow, digestible capsules - (that break down more quickly in the digestive tract than traditional gelatine capsules).

Take one sleep capsule and one beauty capsule about 30 minutes before bedtime with water.

We do not recommend taking more than one SLEEP capsule per night due to the powerful formula of ingredients in each dosage.

It is safe to take up to 2 BEAUTY capsules per night (if you want to increase efficacy). However, we recommend that if you double up on our BEAUTY supplement, that you drink plenty of water (2+ litres a day) as it contains hyaluronic acid.

No, you can choose to take one or the other, or both. We have designed the Sleep & Glow Protocol to be taken together to activate nightly regulation of sleep and activate overnight skin cell regeneration.

It can take the body a while to adjust to supplementation and skin cells will replenish with collagen levels with regular use. If you want to see results with improved skin elasticity, firmness and luminosity, then you need to make sure the BEAUTY supplement is part of your sleep routine going forwards.

Our SLEEP supplement is vegan friendly. Our BEAUTY supplement is made with hydrolyzed marine collagen (from FISH) and therefore is not vegan friendly. We wanted to use the best collagen available and marine collagen is 1.5 times better and more efficiently absorbed by the human body compared to other collagen sources and is one of the safest sources of collagen to use.

We are committed to sourcing only the finest ingredients for our products. We strictly work with a manufacturing facility that maintains complete oversight of ingredient selection and rigorous quality control, ensuring our supplements meet the highest standards. Our BEAUTY Supplement contains FISH due to its contents of Hydrolized Marine Collagen.
